NEW! Exhibit Hall Hours for 2018 (12 total hours):

*Non-compete time means that the Exhibit Hall will not compete with continuing education (No CE – COPE) classes.  Limited non-compete from 9–10am means there may be one track of education offered or like a workshop that holds 35 people (thus limited competition). 

What does it really mean? It’s means, 12-hours of Exhibit Hall time with 8-hours of little to no competition from CE classes = (67% YOU TIME).

We are excited that these new hours will:

  1. Offer more non-compete time / more quality time for attendees to visit with exhibitors
  2. Allow exhibitors to leave a day early; Friday night vs. Saturday night thus saving a day of expenditures
  3. Allow more flexibility to the overall meeting experience for both the exhibitor and the attendee

Set-Up Hours:

Tuesday, June 19         8am–5pm

Wednesday, June 20   8am – 5pm

Thursday, June 21        8am – 12pm

Dismantle Dates: Beginning Friday, June 22 at 5pm; bills of lading are due Saturday at 10am. Hall cleared by Saturday at noon.

Exhibitor Service Kit: The kit will be mailed via e-mail by the end of February 2018. The kit will contain all forms needed to successfully exhibit at Optometry’s Meeting®.

Booth Payment: A 50 percent deposit is due at the time you reserve your space online. The remaining 50 percent is due on Jan. 12, 2018. Checks and credit cards are acceptable forms of payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and AMEX.

Exhibitor Badges: Please register your booth staff for badges through your Virtual Booth Space; click on GET BADGES. You receive five (5) comp badges per purchased 10x10 booth space. The AOA requires all exhibiting booth personnel to display a name badge to gain entrance to the Exhibit Hall. Exhibitor badges can be picked up on-site at the Exhibitor Registration desk. A state-issued license or passport is required to pick up your badge. Exhibitors may enter the Exhibit Hall ½ hour prior to the Exhibit Hall opening each day.

Housing: Exhibitors may register for housing online at www.optometrysmeeting.org in February 2018. Log on to view hotel choices and reserve your hotel room(s).

Press Opportunities: If your company would like to conduct a press conference to announce new products or services during Optometry’s Meeting, you may reserve time in the Press Room at the Convention Center.
